Power Connect Electric Corp. is a commercial electrical contracting firm located in Bronx, NY. Established in 2018, PCE has grown considerably; completing millions of dollars in contracts and obtaining WBE certification in New York City. Additionally, we’re currently in the active stages of pursuing both New York State and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey WBE certifications.
PCE is a 100% woman owned and operated company committed to client satisfaction and on-time project completion, licensed and insured to perform work in the five boroughs of New York City as well as in Suffolk County, NY.
Meet the Team
Judy Stevens
As President of Power Connect Electric Corp., Judy oversees daily operations, communicates with clients regarding current and proposed projects and provides support to staff both in the office and in the field. Working with the talented and accomplished PCE team to see projects through from start to finish is something that Judy finds extremely rewarding.
Prior to establishing Power Connect Electric Corp. along with partner Christina Jocelyn in 2018, Judy spent almost a decade working in the electrical construction industry, forming lasting relationships with clients, vendors and colleagues alike. In her capacity as an Asst. Project Manager and later a Project Manager, Judy planned, directed, coordinated and budgeted all phases of commercial electrical construction projects.
Before starting her career in the electrical construction industry, Judy was an elementary school teacher, receiving a Master of Science degree in education at St. John’s University in 2000. Judy also holds a Master Electrical License in Suffolk County, NY.

Christina Jocelyn
As Vice President of Power Connect Electric Corp., Christina manages projects from the intake/bidding stage, overseeing multiple projects through their various phases until close-out. Christina’s management of a wide variety of commercial/industrial contracts along with PCE’s skilled staff has solidified Power Connect’s reputation as a firm that completes projects professionally and expeditiously.
Prior to establishing Power Connect Electric Corp. along with partner Judy Stevens in 2018, Christina spent years learning the trade and executing the many different tasks that come along with completing a project. Beginning her career with bookkeeping duties, Christina found her strengths in the Assistant Project Management and later Project Management roles, with her field experience proving to be invaluable in fully understanding the trade.
Before starting her career in the electrical industry, Christina graduated from Endicott College in 2017
